EglinAfarce • 2 yr. ago. Far Cry 5 is the better game, though it's probably possible to spend far more time in Breakpoint. Both are substantial games, though. Far Cry has been steadily improving with each iteration and FC5 is by far the best the series has ever done. FC4 never received 1X enhancement. So the original resolution of 1080P is maintained for FPS boost. Won’t look better than FC5 (4K), but you don’t sacrifice anything either. I loved it. Couldn’t play FC5 though. Not at all. Far Cry 5 was infinitely better. Honestly, as a long time Far Cry fan, I've loved them all including Primal, but I am so disappointed with Far Cry 6. It honestly feels like it was a completely different studio that made this game where they kept all the bad ubisoft features, and none of the good. very high cpu temps in far cry 5 (7800x3d) Far Cry 5. so i'm having a weird issue with cpu temps in far cry 5. the instant i open the game and throughout playing - even in the 60 fps locked menu - i reach up to almost 89c (max 88.6), and the average temp is mid/high 80s. it's being cooled by a u12a, which is obviously very loud with these temps Far Cry 5 needed a better villain. The Seeds are boring bad guys, way too talkative without ever saying much, and each will kidnap you multiple times—one can even drag you at will into extended A poll is a lazy way to ask a question. Far Cry 6 is much better then Ac Valhalla. AC Valhalla had so much hype around it, shame it was such a let down. Only a bit into Far Cry 6 so far and I can already tell that it’s excellent. Far cry 6 seems more culturally accurate than Valhalla. The single player, however, is extremely enjoyable and has tons to do. Definitely more than Far Cry. I think the single player alone is probably enough to validate it over Far Cry in a story/events perspective, but if you really really enjoy FPS gunplay then Far Cry has the edge. It has some of the most satisfying gun play of any modern FPS. Both games are decent. Fallout is more RPG-ish. There are lots of different weapons and armors with different stats, you can craft weapons and armors, there are dialogue choices you can make, there are lots of side quests, etc. Far Cry 5 is more of an action open world shooter. There are no dialogue choices, there is no crafting and no stats on The biggest difference between Far Cry 6 and my much beloved Far Cry 5 is the story. While Far Cry 5’s player character was a nameless, mute person only referred to as “Rook,” Far Cry 6 tl;dr: Both games have their merits. The combat in RAGE 2 is excellent and provides far more fun and satisfaction than any fights in Far Cry 5. That said, Far Cry 5 feels like it's just better put together in terms of story, progression, and miscellaneous open-world garbage. SemperSalam. FC6 is very like the other FC games just slightly better graphics. AC Odyssey and Origin are the best AC games in the series. Don’t buy Valhalla. You can buy FC5 or FC4 and Odyssey and you will experience both games. I heard AC Odyssey is good, a little repetitive is finde, if it's a little. FC6's world is beautiful and colorful. So atmospheric. The villain is absolutely believable and is up there in best FC villains along with Pagan Min. Combat feels much better than 5. It's smoother. Weapons customizations is better, although quite simple, not very immersive but still better than 5. Landscape is so dynamic and immersive. This time around, buying Far Cry 6 and then making sure that players take on the role of a female Dani Rojas may be more effective than withholding money altogether. When Far Cry 6 launches, it Far Cry 6’s next-gen beaches and jungles are the best the series has ever had. I spent many hours in Far Cry 6 just walking around and exploring the various islands, caves, and sandbars in the game. .
